MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY DIAMOND NEW VEHICLE New luxury vehicle purchased at a Morrie’s Luxury Auto dealership with sales price over $100,000 or of the following brands: Aston Martin, Audi Sport, Bentley, Black Label Lincoln, Maserati or Mercedes-Benz AMG®.

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY DIAMOND PRE-OWNED VEHICLE Pre-owned luxury vehicle purchased at a Morrie’s Luxury Auto dealership with sales price over $100,000 or of the following brands: Aston Martin, Audi Sport, Bentley, Maserati or Mercedes-Benz AMG®.

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY NEW VEHICLE New luxury vehicle purchased at a Morrie’s Luxury Auto dealership with sales price less than $100,000 (and excluding any Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond New Vehicle brand).

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY PLATINUM PRE-OWNED VEHICLE Pre-Owned luxury vehicle purchased at a Morrie’s Luxury Auto dealership with less than 75,000 miles, less than 6 years old and with sales price less than $100,000 (and excluding any Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond Pre-Owned Vehicle brand).

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY GOLD PRE-OWNED VEHICLE Pre-Owned luxury vehicle purchased at a Morrie’s Luxury Auto Dealership with more than 75,000 miles or more than 6 years old, and with sales price less than $100,000 (and excluding any Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond Pre-Owned Vehicle brand).

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY DIAMOND NEW VEHICLE Not eligible.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY DIAMOND PRE-OWNED VEHICLE Not eligible.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY NEW VEHICLE 7-day or 300 mile (whichever comes first) return policy.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY PLATINUM PRE-OWNED VEHICLE 7-day or 300 mile (whichever comes first) return policy or 30-day or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) exchange policy.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY GOLD PRE-OWNED VEHICLE 7-day or 300 mile (whichever comes first) exchange policy.

Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Safety Net applies solely to Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy New Vehicles, Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Platinum Pre-Owned Vehicles and Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Gold Pre-Owned Vehicles and is not applicable to Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond New Vehicles or Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond Pre-Owned Vehicles.

To qualify, vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased and within the day and mileage parameters for its respective Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy category. When meeting the conditions for a return, a customer may reacquire his or her previously owned vehicle assuming it is still in possession of Morrie’s Automotive Group. If said vehicle is not available, customer will receive a check in the amount of said vehicle’s value, previously agreed upon at the moment of sale. Customer is also responsible for any vehicle reconditioning charges, loan payments or other fees that may have been incurred by Morrie’s Automotive Group for the returned vehicle. Returns and exchanges are not applicable to consigned vehicles or those with a sale price of less than $5,000 or in excess of $100,000. Customer insurance applies during the return or exchange period. Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Safety Net is limited to one return/exchange per original transaction. Limited production vehicles are exempt.

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY VEHICLE INSPECTIONS

Every Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond Pre-Owned Vehicle, , Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Platinum Pre-Owned Vehicle and Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Gold Pre-Owned Vehicle undergoes a comprehensive pre-owned Vehicle Inspection prior to its date of sale. This is a thorough inspection covering the major components on the vehicle including tires, brakes, drivetrain, suspension, interior, exterior, safety systems, cooling and electrical systems. Tires and brakes may be reconditioned or replaced as deemed necessary.

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY COVERAGE

Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Coverage applies solely to Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Platinum Pre-Owned Vehicles and Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Gold Pre-Owned Vehicles and is not applicable to Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond New Vehicles, Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond Pre-Owned Vehicles or Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy New Vehicles.

MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY DIAMOND NEW VEHICLE – Not eligible.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY DIAMOND PRE-OWNED VEHICLE – Not eligible.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY NEW VEHICLE – Not eligible.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY PLATINUM PRE-OWNED VEHICLE – Eligible.
MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO BEYOND HAPPY GOLD PRE-OWNED VEHICLE – Eligible.

On qualifying vehicles Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Coverage applies for 3-months or 3,000-miles (whichever comes first). Items will be considered “serviceable hereunder” as determined by a Morrie’s service facility when the following parameters are met in 3-months of 3,000 miles (whichever comes first):

Evidence of abuse or neglect disqualifies customer from Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Coverage. Morrie’s is not responsible for, and Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Coverage excludes coverage for, consequential damages and preexisting conditions. Tire replacement component of Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Coverage does not apply to vehicles equipped with V, W, Y, Z and ZR speed rated tires. Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Coverage is not applicable to consigned vehicles or those with a sale price of less than $5,000 or in excess of $100,000. Any and all service, maintenance and repairs made to the vehicle must be diagnosed and performed at a Morrie’s location by a Morrie’s Service Department, and any replacement with new parts will be at Morrie’s sole discretion and selection. Customer is responsible for transporting or towing any vehicle to a Morrie’s location. Diagnosis, service, maintenance and repair work performed by any vehicle service center other than Morrie’s does not qualify for Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Coverage and will not be reimbursed by Morrie’s.

The Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy core program benefits have been thoroughly explained to me and I fully understand the benefits as they apply to me.

In addition to the Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy core program benefits, you may elect to enroll in Morrie’s Beyond Happy Distinctions program with benefits as outlined below. The Morrie’s Beyond Happy Distinctions program applies only to the original owner(s), during the lifetime of ownership, of a Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond New Vehicle, Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Diamond Pre-Owned Vehicle, Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy New Vehicle, Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Platinum Pre-Owned Vehicle or Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Gold Pre-Owned Vehicle purchased from a Morrie’s Luxury Auto Dealership and upon enrollment in Morrie’s Luxury Auto Beyond Happy Distinctions program, and is not transferrable.

BEYOND HAPPY COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASHES

The Beyond Happy Car Wash Program entitles the original owner(s) of an applicable vehicle to one car wash per week at any store within the Morrie’s Automotive Group and is not transferable. Limited to exterior wash only. Interior vacuum, hand polish, and additional services are not included. Morrie’s Automotive Group reserves the right to close car wash facilities in its sole discretion, and is not responsible for any damage incurred during the use of the car wash facilities. Owner(s) are encouraged to utilize car wash facilities Monday – Thursday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Friday – Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, during which times car wash facilities are appropriately staffed. Car wash facilities are not open or available on Sundays. Customer is responsible for any damage incurred to the car wash facilities by customers, including but not limited to equipment and property damage.

AIRPORT VALET WITH SERVICE

Airport valet is available to original owner(s) of an applicable vehicle when scheduling a service at a Morrie’s Luxury Auto Dealership. When provided two or more business day notice, the Morrie’s Luxury Auto Dealership where service is performed will provide shuttle service to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Shuttle is only available during normal business days, must not occur within 90 minutes of business open or close and Morrie’s Automotive Group is not responsible for any delays or missed flights. Customer must schedule shuttle service accordingly. Upon completion of the service, the vehicle will be delivered to customer’s home or business (within a 30-mile radius from where the servicing dealer is located) with keys deposited with a pre-authorized person or to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport valet parking service in accordance with their valet drop-off policy (customer will be responsible for any parking charges).

PREFERRED ACCESS TO MORRIE’S LUXURY AUTO EVENTS

Original owner(s) of an applicable vehicle are provided preferred access and priority registration for Morrie’s Luxury Auto Events. Example events may include concerts, speaker series, culinary events and product previews. Customer is responsible for any charges or costs to attend any Morrie’s Luxury Auto Event, and access/tickets are subject to availability.

CONCIERGE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY WITH MAJOR ANNUAL SERVICE

Concierge vehicle pick-up and delivery is available to original owner(s) of an applicable vehicle when scheduling a major annual service at a Morrie’s Luxury Auto Dealership as recommended by the manufacturer. Vehicle must be operable. Limit one concierge vehicle pick-up and delivery in any one (1) year period. When provided seven or more business day notice, the Morrie’s Luxury Auto Dealership where service is performed will coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery. Pick-up and delivery is limited to a 30-mile radius from where the servicing dealer is located.

BEYOND HAPPY REWARDS

Original owner(s) of an applicable vehicle may earn 10% back on out-of-pocket spend in any Morrie’s Automotive Group Dealership parts and service department or Morrie’s Auto Body and Glass, which rewards can only be used towards the purchase of a future new or pre-owned vehicle at any Morrie’s Automotive Group dealership. Beyond Happy Rewards exclude any work covered or paid for by warranty or insurance coverage. Rewards points are not transferrable. Total rewards redemption not to exceed $1,500. Beyond Happy Rewards Points expire 48-months from date of enrollment.

Customer may cancel and return to Morrie’s this service contract within 21 days of its purchase if no claim has been made by customer within this return period. This service contract and all associated benefits are non-transferrable and only apply to the original purchaser of the vehicle from Morrie’s. This service contract shall be governed by the laws of the State ‎of Minnesota, without affect to any conflicts of law provisions.
